Installing the ECO-WORTHY 2000W Solar Panel Kit involves several steps. Here's a comprehensive guide:
Bank Setup: Connect two 24V lithium batteries in series to create a 24V battery bank. Join the positive terminal of one battery to the negative terminal of the other.
Solar Charge Controller to Battery Connection: Use the provided controller-battery cable to link the solar charge controller to your battery bank. Connect the battery+ port on the controller to the positive terminal of one battery, and the battery- port to the negative terminal of the other.
Solar Panel Mounting: Select a location for your solar panels that receives direct sunlight and avoids shade. Ideally, position the panels to minimize the wiring distance to the combiner box.
Panel Array Setup: Connect every two panels in series to create a 24V string. Each panel has MC4 solar cables with male and female connectors. Plug the male connector of one panel into the female connector of the other to connect them in series. Repeat this process for all panels, creating five groups of 24V 195W solar panels.
Connecting Solar Strings to the Combiner Box: Use the extension cables provided to connect each string's outlet cables to the input ports of the 6-string PV combiner box. Only five of the six string ports should be used.
Combiner Box to Solar Charge Controller Connection: Employ the solar-controller cable to connect the combiner box's output port to the solar charge controller. Plug one end of the cable into the combiner box's output, and connect the copper terminals to the PV input port of the solar charge controller.
Inverter Wiring to Appliances: Before turning on the inverter, connect the AC OUT ports of the inverter to your home sockets or the appliances you wish to power.
