First, prepare the door for panel installation:

Remove the Door and Hinges: Secure the door and use a 1/8” Hex Key to remove the hinge pin from the upper hinge. Then, slide the door away from the cabinet and lift it off the lower hinge. If you're changing the door's swing direction, follow the Door Reversal Instructions provided in the manual. Replace the hinge bushing on the adaptor plate with the new one from the literature pack.

Remove the Door Gasket: Lay the door flat. Carefully remove the magnetic door gasket from its channel on the interior side, starting at a corner. Set the gasket aside. Note the 10 holes in the gasket retainer extrusions; these will be used to attach the panel.
Next, assemble the panel to the door:
- Attach the Panel: Clamp the panel to the door, ensuring it's flush with the top and centered. Use the 10 holes in the gasket extrusions as pilot holes to drill. Choose the correct drill size based on your panel material. Fasten the panel using the screws provided. Then, replace the gasket, making sure it sits correctly in the door's channels.
Finally, reinstall the door:
- Reinstall the Door: If you reversed the door swing, reinstall the hinges as per the Door Reversal Instructions. Slide the lower hinge bushing onto the bottom hinge pin and install the new upper hinge bushing into the adaptor plate. Align the hinge bushing with the upper hinge and reinsert the upper hinge pin using a 1/8” Hex Key.
