The WyreStorm APO-200-UC offers versatile connectivity options. Wireless casting is achievable via two primary methods: native streaming using AirPlay or Miracast, and through the APO-DG1 USB-C dongle. To use the built-in wireless access point, you can choose between AP Enabled mode, which bridges to an existing network via LAN, or AP Disabled mode, which connects to an existing network's access point. Alternatively, the APO-DG1 dongle offers a simple one-button solution for wireless content sharing via a USB-C connection. For connecting peripherals, the APO-200-UC includes a USB 3.0 Device Port, ideal for conference cameras and other USB devices. For extending USB connections over longer distances, the CAB-UAOC-15, a 15m USB 3.2 active extension cable, is a suitable option. On the APO-210 model, USB devices can also connect over the HDBaseT output. The APO-200-UC also provides intuitive control options via capacitive touch buttons for volume, mute, multiview modes, and USB host switching. The video mute button can be used for privacy. Furthermore, the device supports CEC auto power on/off for connected displays, with customization of CEC and RS232 commands available through the integrated web UI. The APO-200-UC offers different application modes to suit various meeting scenarios, like BYOD Conference Room and Zoom Room. In the BYOD mode, the device acts as a central hub, connecting personal devices, transmitting video, and accessing USB cameras. The Zoom Room mode is tailored for a dedicated room PC, utilizing the USB Type B port as the active host connection. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.
