To get your perfect toast with the TRiSTAR BR-1022 Toaster, here's what you do: First, find the color controller on your toaster. This dial lets you pick how light or dark you want your toast. Setting 1 gives you lightly toasted bread, while setting 6 will make it much darker. The settings in between will toast your bread to a golden brown. Before you put your bread in, turn the color controller to your preferred shade. Next, put your bread slices in the toaster slots, making sure the crumb tray is properly in place.
