- Online Postage Account: Manage and download postage directly from your online account through the MyFP Customer Portal.
- Credit Card: Opt for instant funding by charging postage to your credit card; limits and fees may apply.
- eCheck: Utilize eCheck for instant funding, drawing from your linked bank account, with associated limits and fees.
- Debit-on-Demand (Direct Debit): Funds are drawn from your bank account to your online account; setup takes 1-2 business days.
- Reset Debit Account: Some users can directly download funds without needing to fund an online account.
To fund your online postage account using a Credit Card or eCheck, follow these steps:
- Go to the MyFP Customer Portal at www.myfp-portal.com and hover over "Account Management," then choose "Purchase Postage."
- In the Available Postage section, click "Add Postage."
- Select the amount you want and click "Next."
- Choose your payment method (eCheck or Credit Card) and enter your payment details. You have the option to save your payment information for later.
- Review your choices on the summary page, then click "Confirm."
To fund your online postage account via Debit-on-Demand:
- Visit the MyFP Customer Portal at www.myfp-portal.com and go to "Account Management," then "Purchase Postage."
- In the Direct Debit section, click the "Set it Up" button and select "Debit on Demand." Fill in your bank details.
- Review and confirm your selections.
- Check your login email for the authorization form, or download it from the confirmation page. Complete and send it to the specified email address.
