Your Elite Screens ETB103HD5-E24 ambient light rejecting projector screen offers several convenient control options. You can use the included IR remote control, which has a range of up to 30 feet, by aiming it at the "eye" receiver connected to the control box's RJ45 port. Alternatively, the IR "eye" receiver itself, connected via the RJ45 port, provides line-of-sight control, perfect for concealed installations. For extended range, the RF remote control offers operation up to 100 feet without needing a direct line of sight. A 3-way wall switch, also connecting to the RJ45 port, provides simple up/stop/down control. Finally, the screen includes a 5-12 volt trigger for synchronization with your projector's power cycle using the provided cable. It also includes a Wireless 5-12 volt trigger for wireless synchronization. To set up the Wireless 5-12 volt trigger: First, connect one end of the 3.5 mm wireless 5-12 volt trigger cable to the RF remote, and the other end to your projector. Next, unplug the screen from its power outlet. Then, press and hold the UP button on the RF remote while plugging the screen back into the power outlet. Hold the UP button for 5 seconds after plugging it in, then release. Your wireless trigger is now activated. Repeat these steps if necessary to complete the setup of your Elite Screens ETB103HD5-E24.
