To integrate your MHK2 RedLINK Wireless Remote Controller with the Kumo cloud for remote management, you'll need the Wireless Interface 2 or a later version. Here's how to connect:
- Begin by installing and configuring the Wireless Interface 2 (or a later model) with the Kumo cloud application. Follow the specific instructions that came with the interface for setup.
- After the Wireless Interface is set up and has a stable internet connection, ensure your MHK2 RedLINK Wireless Remote Controller is properly linked with the Wireless Receiver.
- On your MHK2 Controller, briefly press and release the CONNECT button. The CONNECT light should start flashing, indicating it's searching for a connection.
- If the CONNECT light doesn't flash, it may be because another receiver or RedLINK Wireless Receiver is in its wireless setup mode. Make sure only one device is in setup mode at any given time, and exit wireless setup on any other devices before continuing.
- If necessary, press and release the CONNECT button again on the MHK2 Controller.
- The CONNECT LED on the Wireless Receiver will flash green, signaling that it's in wireless setup mode.
- When the MHK2 Controller and Wireless Receiver are both in wireless setup mode, they will establish a secure connection. The CONNECT LED on the Wireless Receiver will turn solid green when at least one RedLINK device is successfully enrolled.
- At this stage, your MHK2 Controller is successfully connected to the RedLINK Wireless Receiver. You can then access and control your MHK2 Controller via the Kumo cloud application.
Important Note: Always refer to the detailed instructions provided with your Wireless Interface (version 2 or later) and the Kumo cloud app to ensure correct setup and configuration for your specific system.
