To fine-tune your EE220 Humidity and Temperature Sensor for optimal accuracy, follow these calibration and adjustment procedures: 1-point RH or T Adjustment: 1. Configure: Place the jumper to either RH calib or T Calib based on whether you're adjusting humidity or temperature. 2. Stabilize: Position the probe within the appropriate calibrator and allow it to stabilize at the chosen RH or T value for at least 30 minutes. 3. Low-End Adjustment: For adjustment points in the lower half of the output scale, hold S2 for 3 seconds. The "Calib" will illuminate, and "CAL < " will display on the EE220 screen. 4. High-End Adjustment: For adjustment points in the upper half of the output scale, hold S1 for 3 seconds. The "Calib" LED will light, and "CAL > " will appear on the EE220 display. 5. Fine-Tuning: Use S1 (up) or S2 (down) to align the measured value with the reference in increments of 0.1. The corrected value is displayed and measurable at the analog output. 6. Store Adjustment: To save the adjusted value and conclude the process, hold S1 for 3 seconds. The "Calib" LED will turn off, and "CAL" will show on the display. 2-point RH and T Adjustment: Repeat the above steps, using a second calibrator setting after completing the first adjustment. 3. Return to Factory Calibration: During standard EE220 measurement mode (not during adjustment), press and hold both S1 and S2 simultaneously for 5 seconds. The "Calib" LED will flash once to indicate a return to factory settings. 4. Field Calibration: Use extension cables to lower the EE07 probes into calibrators for field calibration, eliminating the need to detach or disconnect the EE220 unit. 5. EE07 Individual Adjustment: The EE07 probes offer individual adjustment capabilities via the optional EE-PCA Product Configuration Adapter and the EE-PCS Product Configuration Software. These steps ensure you can maintain the EE220 Humidity and Temperature Sensor's accuracy.
