Oil leakage in a small motorcycle may be caused by improper assembly adjustment, uneven tightening torque of nuts, excessive lubrication, etc. Improper assembly adjustment: Unclean mating surfaces; damaged, displaced, or improperly installed gaskets. Poor quality or craftsmanship of products (parts) and materials; structural design issues. Uneven tightening torque of nuts: Thread stripping, breakage, or loosening leading to operational failure. Sealing materials worn beyond limits after prolonged use, aging, deterioration, or deformation. Excessive lubrication: Oil level too high or incorrect oil type used. Warped mating surfaces or damaged casings causing oil seepage. Clogged vent plug or check valve: Pressure difference inside and outside the casing can cause oil leakage at weak sealing points.
