American-spec cars cannot be transferred because they fail to meet local emission regulations. However, as long as they comply with the regulations, American-spec cars can also go through formal procedures for transfer. To transfer an American-spec car, the following conditions must be met: 1. Next, go to the used car trading market to issue a transfer invoice. 4.
