Where is the tire pressure monitoring sensor located?

Tire pressure monitoring sensors are installed on the tires, usually at the valve stem position. The tire pressure monitoring display is typically placed on the center console. The middle area of the center console houses many electronic devices, which can cause some interference with wireless radio frequencies, especially with devices like electronic eyes. Based on the installation location of the tire pressure monitoring sensors, they can be divided into internal and external types. Internal sensors are installed inside the tire, which is relatively more stable and provides more accurate temperature monitoring data. The external type involves adding a sensor outside the valve stem, which is relatively cheaper and easier to install, taking only a few minutes. However, there is a temperature monitoring difference of 2 to 3 degrees compared to the internal type.
