Where is the daytime running light fuse located in the Sagitar?

The daytime running light fuse in the Sagitar is located in the fuse box on the left side of the steering wheel. Fuse numbers 37 and 38 are the fuses for the daytime running lights. The primary function of daytime running lights is to inform vehicles ahead and oncoming traffic of the position of the vehicle being driven. Daytime running lights enhance road safety and are particularly useful in areas with poor visibility. The Sagitar is a compact sedan under the Volkswagen brand. In terms of body dimensions, the car measures 4753 mm in length, 1800 mm in width, and 1462 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2731 mm. In terms of power, the vehicle is equipped with a 1.4-liter turbocharged engine, delivering a maximum torque of 250 Nm.
A seasoned Sagitar driver tells you that the DRL (Daytime Running Light) fuse is usually located in two places: behind the small storage compartment near the driver's left knee, or inside the black box on the right side of the engine bay. Last time I helped my neighbor replace the fuse on a 2019 model, I pried open the storage compartment and found the numbering diagram on the back of the cover—the position labeled 'DRL' was SC40. However, the location varies for different model years of the Sagitar, so it's best not to pull them randomly! First, check if there's a spare fuse (the small flat type) in the storage compartment below the steering wheel. Always disconnect the power before checking, and use plastic tweezers to remove the fuse—metal pliers touching the ground could cause quite a scene. Oh, and for some newer models, the fuse box has been relocated next to the battery on the right side of the engine bay, so you'll need to remove the waterproof cover first.
