Where is the BMW Antifreeze?

BMW antifreeze is located on the left side of the engine in the engine compartment, in a black reservoir with a hose connected to the radiator. Antifreeze prevents the coolant from freezing when the car is parked in cold winter conditions, which could otherwise cause the radiator to crack or damage the engine block. Its full name is antifreeze coolant. BMW's car brands include: BMW 1 Series, BMW 3 Series, BMW 5 Series New Energy, BMW 5 Series, BMW 2 Series Tourer, etc. Taking the BMW 1 Series as an example: the BMW 1 Series has a length of 4462mm, a width of 1803mm, a height of 1446mm, a wheelbase of 2670mm, a body type of 4-door 5-seater sedan, and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
I've been using BMW for several years and am very familiar with the coolant level. Open the front hood, and it's located at the front or side of the engine compartment—a translucent plastic tank labeled with coolant and level marks. The fluid level should be between Min and Max. If it's low, add the original BMW blue-green type; don't mix it with water randomly to avoid engine corrosion. I check it often because the car tends to overheat in hot weather—I take a quick look every three weeks in summer. Also, pay attention in winter to prevent engine freeze cracks. Don’t refill when the engine is hot due to the risk of burns; wait until it cools down for safety. The BMW manual has specific diagrams, and proper maintenance can save you from major repair costs.
