Q8 is a mobile crane operator's license. The specific requirements for excavator operation certificates are as follows: 1. Training qualification certificate and construction operation certificate: These are important proofs that trainees have acquired job competence after professional training, serving as key supporting evidence in workplace injury or safety incidents to demonstrate they have undergone systematic training and possess basic job capabilities. 2. For positions involving special equipment and special operations: After obtaining the job competence training qualification certificate and construction operation certificate, trainees should voluntarily undergo government-mandated special equipment and operation safety training to acquire special operation qualification certificates.

I've been operating mobile cranes with a Q8 license for over a decade, mainly handling truck-mounted cranes installed on truck chassis, which move quickly on construction sites and facilitate heavy lifting; all-terrain cranes, also known as rough-terrain cranes, that adapt well to various road conditions with strong stability; and crawler cranes, which are particularly useful on soft soil or uneven terrain and are less prone to slipping; as well as container handling cranes that efficiently manage cargo at docks. Experience has taught me to always pay attention to load limits—never overload—and to regularly maintain the machine's hydraulic system to prevent malfunctions. I've seen too many accidents caused by impatient beginners; taking it slow ensures safe and efficient work.

I recently passed the Q8 license exam, which qualifies me to operate highly mobile cranes. Truck cranes are commonly seen on construction sites, allowing for quick relocation. Rough-terrain cranes are suitable for various terrains and offer flexible operation. Crawler cranes excel in muddy or sloped areas with minimal deviation. Additionally, container handlers also fall under the Q8 category, enabling fast and precise handling of shipping containers. During training, my instructor emphasized standardized procedures, such as inspecting wire ropes and hooks before lifting operations and replacing them immediately if wear is detected. Mastering this knowledge makes the work more enjoyable and boosts confidence in handling diverse tasks.

The Q8 license primarily allows operation of mobile cranes, with the three most common types being truck cranes, rough-terrain cranes, and crawler cranes. Truck-mounted cranes are installed on vehicles, suitable for rapid relocation; rough-terrain cranes have sturdier chassis to handle complex road conditions; crawler cranes perform well on soft ground. Operators must strictly follow standards, such as testing the balance point to ensure boom stability. Beginners should start with the basics to avoid accidents. The Q8 license offers a wide range of job opportunities, and proficiency comes with practice.

Can I still get my vehicle inspected if the inspection has expired?

Yes, you can still get your vehicle inspected even if the inspection has expired, but you need to go for a supplementary inspection promptly. During this period, you are not allowed to drive the vehicle on the road. For the annual vehicle inspection, you will need the original vehicle registration certificate, a valid original copy of the compulsory traffic accident liability insurance for the current year, a valid tax payment or tax exemption certificate for vehicle and vessel tax for the current year, and the original identity proof of the owner. Vehicle inspections help in timely elimination of potential safety hazards, encourage better maintenance of the vehicle, and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents. The inspection includes checking whether the engine, chassis, body, and attached equipment are clean, complete, and effective, whether the paint surface is uniform and aesthetically pleasing, whether major assemblies have been replaced, and whether they match the initial inspection records.

What Causes the Buzzing Sound When the Steering Wheel Swings?

The reasons for the buzzing sound when the steering wheel swings: 1. Friction between plastic parts: The steering wheel is made of plastic, and during winter use, the surrounding temperature is low, causing the plastic to harden and produce noise, which is normal friction; 2. Abnormal noise from the steering wheel: If the noise comes from inside the steering wheel, it may be caused by the airbag clock spring; 3. Aging of the tie rod end: With prolonged use of the vehicle, the tie rod end ages, causing noise when turning the steering wheel; 4. Abnormal noise from the stabilizer bar. The car steering wheel is a wheel-shaped device that controls the direction of the vehicle, and its function is to convert the force applied by the driver to the edge of the steering wheel into torque and then transmit it to the steering shaft.
