Modified rear spoilers on vehicles cannot pass annual inspections. For company-owned vehicles, additional documents are required, including the original vehicle registration certificate, copy of compulsory traffic insurance, organization code certificate of the People's Republic of China (with official seal), power of attorney (with official seal), and the agent's ID card copy. 3. Starting from November 20, 2020, the exemption scope for inspections has been expanded from vehicles with 6 seats or fewer (including 6 seats) to those with 9 seats or fewer (including 9 seats). Additionally, for small and micro passenger vehicles older than 6 years but less than 10 years, the inspection frequency has been adjusted from annual to biennial.
