What to Do If You Fail the Traffic Law Study and Deduction Test Three Times
1 Answers
There is no limit to the number of times you can participate in the Traffic Law Study and Deduction program. However, once a motor vehicle driver has reduced a total of 6 points within a scoring cycle, they can no longer continue to participate in the program. Eligible drivers can reduce the penalty points for traffic violations by receiving education, with a maximum reduction of 6 points. Here are the relevant methods: 1. Participate in online learning: (Accumulate 30 minutes of study within 3 days) and pass the exam to reduce 1 point at a time. 2. Participate in on-site learning: (Each session must be no less than 1 hour) and pass the exam to reduce 2 points at a time. Participate in traffic safety public welfare activities (1 hour per session) to reduce 1 point at a time.
