What to Do If the Car Always Stalls When Parking on a Slope?

At the moment of stopping, press both the clutch and brake simultaneously. Immediately pull the handbrake and hold it for more than 4 seconds to ensure the car stops steadily and avoids stalling. Slowly lift the clutch a bit, not too quickly, and hold it steady after reaching the semi-engaged state. When the car reaches the semi-engaged state by releasing the clutch, promptly release the brake. After feeling the car shake, quickly and gently lift the brake.
I also experienced frequent stalling when stopping on slopes during my early driving days, which was quite frustrating. Later, I realized the main issue was improper coordination between the accelerator and clutch. Initially, I was too nervous and would stall as soon as I released the clutch. The solution was to master the hill-start technique: first, stop the car on the slope with the brake and clutch pressed, shift into first gear, then slowly release the clutch to the biting point. When the car slightly vibrates, gently press the accelerator while gradually releasing the brake. This ensures a smooth start, and with a few practices, it becomes second nature. I also recommend practicing on a gentle slope in an open area first to avoid accidents on busy roads. Gradually, this problem will disappear, and staying relaxed is key.
