When I drove the Enclave before, the remote start was super convenient, mainly achievable through the key fob or the mobile app. Let's start with the key fob: stand at a short distance from the car, like in a parking lot, first press the lock button to confirm the car is locked, then press and hold the small circle on the key fob (that's the remote start button) for about 3 to 5 seconds, and the engine will roar to life—the dashboard lights turning on confirms success. If you don’t want to carry the key, simply download the Buick app on your phone, register and link your vehicle, then open the app's homepage and tap a few times to remote start. This feature is incredibly useful in winter, allowing you to start the engine in advance and warm up the cabin with the heater, so you step into a toasty interior. It works similarly in summer to cool things down. Just remember, the car must be locked, the battery must have sufficient charge, and the engine will automatically shut off after about 10 minutes as a safety precaution. Improper operation may cause failure, such as poor signal or outdated app settings, so it's recommended to check the app version first, ensure a stable network connection, and maintain the key fob battery for better reliability.
