Not driving according to the indicated traffic markings will result in a deduction of 3 points and a fine. Motor vehicle drivers who commit any of the following violations will be penalized with a deduction of 3 points: 1. Driving a passenger vehicle (excluding buses) or school bus with more passengers than the approved number, but not exceeding 20%; 2. Driving a motor vehicle on a highway at a speed lower than the prescribed minimum speed limit; 5. Driving a motor vehicle prohibited from entering a highway onto a highway; 6. Driving a motor vehicle on a highway or urban expressway without using the designated lane; 7. Driving a motor vehicle through a crosswalk without slowing down, stopping, or yielding to pedestrians as required; 8. Driving a motor vehicle in violation of prohibition signs or markings; 9. Driving a motor vehicle without following the rules for overtaking, yielding, or driving in the opposite direction.
