After getting into the car, first press the start button once and wait for the vehicle to perform a self-check. If there are no abnormalities, press the start button again while keeping the foot brake depressed to start the engine. Depending on the surrounding parking situation, select the [R] gear or [D] gear. Keep the foot brake depressed, and after completing the gear shift, release the handbrake and then the foot brake. After starting, choose the appropriate throttle based on road conditions, coordinate well with the brake, and pay attention to maintaining speed and a safe distance between vehicles. Gradually depress the foot brake to reduce the vehicle's speed. Once the vehicle comes to a complete stop with the foot brake fully depressed, shift the gear to [P]. After pressing the electronic handbrake, release the foot brake, ensure all doors and windows are closed, there are no valuables left in the car, the engine is turned off, and use the key to lock the car after exiting.

I've been commuting with the Honda Breeze for three months and find its driving style very user-friendly. After getting in, first adjust the power seat and rear mirror position, fasten the seat belt, then press the brake and push the one-touch start button. Shift to D gear, release the electronic parking brake, and you're ready to go. The steering wheel is particularly light at low speeds, making it effortless even for female drivers. I love using the adaptive cruise control feature - just set the distance and speed on highways for automatic following, making long-distance driving much more relaxed. Remember to press the auto hold button when parking, so you don't need to keep pressing the brake at red lights. The reversing camera with dynamic guidelines is especially practical, helping even beginners park perfectly. The brakes are quite linear - initially it's easy to cause jerky stops until you get used to the pedal pressure, but it becomes much smoother with familiarity.

What I appreciate most about the Breeze during family road trips is its spaciousness and driving feel. After starting the car, I first set the following distance using the steering wheel buttons to avoid tension during long drives. Normal mode works fine on regular roads, but I switch to Sport mode on mountain roads for quicker throttle response. It's worth noting that the brake pedal has a longer travel distance—gentle early braking works much better than sudden stops. The body stays stable during turns, though elderly passengers in the back mentioned noticeable swaying. When parking, besides relying on the camera, I also check both side mirrors since the car isn't small. The heated mirrors are especially useful after rain—just press the heating button on the AC panel. On highways, lane changes should be decisive; the steering has minimal play, so a light turn suffices.

The driving logic of the Breeze is very Japanese. After starting, the gear shift is located at the center console, with a straight-row gear shift that is clear and intuitive. The economy mode is suitable for city traffic jams, making the throttle much gentler. It's best to turn off the auto start-stop function; it saves some fuel at red lights but the vibration is uncomfortable. Note that its fuel tank cap is on the left side, so don't park on the wrong side when refueling. Turning on the air conditioning doesn't noticeably affect the power, and the 1.5T engine is quite sufficient. The driving visibility is good, with the A-pillar blind spot well-designed. Slow down when going over speed bumps; the suspension handles continuous bumps quite neatly, but a single large pothole can cause a bouncing sensation.

I mainly use this car to pick up and drop off my kids at school. Right after getting the car, I set up the automatic locking feature when leaving the vehicle—it's very convenient as it locks automatically just a few steps away after turning off the engine and closing the door. For city driving, it's recommended to enable the auto-hold function, which eliminates the need to constantly press the brake during frequent stops and starts. The driver's seat has lumbar support adjustment, making long drives comfortable. The steering wheel is on the lighter side, offering precise handling, though the turning radius is slightly larger at low speeds. Turning on the AC doesn’t increase fuel consumption much; in summer, it stays around 7.5L. When reversing, remember to use the auto-dipping mirror function—pressing the door panel button automatically adjusts the mirror downward. During sudden acceleration, the CVT transmission responds a bit slowly, but its smoothness is truly impeccable.

The Honda Breeze's advanced driver assistance system is quite comprehensive. The stalk on the lower right of the steering wheel controls adaptive cruise control—push up to increase speed and pull down to decrease. The lane keeping assist function activates only above 60 km/h and vibrates the steering wheel as a warning when drifting. When shifting gears, ensure the brake is fully depressed; otherwise, the gear won't engage. The throttle response is tuned to be sensitive at initial press, requiring only a light touch for takeoff. The automatic headlights have high sensitivity, activating even under tree shade at dusk. The ECON mode button is located to the left of the gear selector; activating it reduces the air conditioning fan speed accordingly. The storage compartments are well-designed, providing ample space for drinks and phones during long drives. On rainy days, note that the sensitivity of the automatic wipers is adjustable.
