Pull the gear lever backward once to light up the 'D' indicator, engaging the drive gear (D), after which the electronic gear lever automatically returns to its original position. 3. With the transmission in 'D' mode, pulling the gear lever backward once lights up the 'M' indicator, switching to manual mode. 4.
