What is the charging current for a car battery?

Car battery charging current is 6A. There are 3 key precautions for battery maintenance: Keep it clean: Regularly maintain the battery clean and dry, ensuring vent holes remain unobstructed. When oxides appear on the plates or terminals, wipe them clean and apply a small amount of grease to prevent corrosion. Charging voltage: When charging the battery, avoid voltages that are too low or too high. Generally, the standard charging voltage for 12V systems should be within 13.5-14.5V range, while for 24V systems it should be within 28-29.9V range. Electrolyte level: The electrolyte level should be above the plates. If the level is too low, promptly replenish with distilled water (not electrolyte). In absence of distilled water, rainwater or melted snow can be used as substitutes, but never use river water or tap water.
