However, during a cold start, the RPM should not be too high either, as the lubricating oil cannot reach the upper part of the engine. To minimize wear, keeping it below 2000 RPM is advisable. Once the engine stabilizes, the RPM will drop to around 800. 2. Relationship Between Startup RPM and Speed: To achieve a quick start, increasing the RPM is necessary. A higher RPM means faster engine power output, or the engine is already producing significant power, waiting for the clutch to engage and utilize this power.
