What is a Load Sensing Proportioning Valve?

Essentially, SABS is just a set of hydraulic mechanical devices. The function of the load sensing valve is to ensure the appropriate proportion of front and rear wheel loads during driving and to prevent the rear wheels from locking up during emergency braking. Here is some relevant information: Composition of electro-hydraulic control: The components of electro-hydraulic control in the electro-hydraulic module include command elements, comparison elements, electronic controllers, proportional valves, and hydraulic actuators. The command element is responsible for generating and inputting control signals. It can also be referred to as a programmer or input circuit. In the presence of feedback signals, it provides control signals of the same form and magnitude as the feedback signals. The function of the comparison element is to compare the given input with the feedback signal, resulting in a deviation signal that serves as the input for the electronic controller. The electronic controller is commonly referred to as a proportional amplifier. Since the control current required by the solenoid in the proportional valve is large while the deviation control current is small and insufficient to drive the solenoid, the control signal needs to be power-amplified. Working principle of electro-hydraulic control: Electro-hydraulic control refers to a control method in hydraulic transmission and control that can accept analog or digital signals, allowing the output flow or pressure to be continuously and proportionally controlled. The electro-hydraulic proportional valve is a hydraulic component that lies between on-off hydraulic valves and servo valves. Compared to electro-hydraulic servo valves, its advantages include being cost-effective and having strong contamination resistance. Except for being slightly inferior to servo valves in terms of control accuracy and response speed, its other performance aspects and control levels are comparable to those of servo valves. Therefore, electro-hydraulic control systems are widely used in electro-hydraulic modules.
