Vessels: The vehicle and vessel administration departments mentioned above refer to departments such as public security, transportation, agriculture, fisheries, military, and armed police forces that are legally authorized to manage vehicle and vessel registration; an organization refers to administrative agencies, enterprises, institutions, social groups, and other entities established within China in accordance with Chinese laws and administrative regulations.
