Three inspection cycles refer to the period during which the vehicle needs to undergo three inspections. Road Traffic: The Road Traffic Safety Law and its implementing regulations set different inspection cycles based on the vehicle's purpose, type, age, and other characteristics. For small private cars, inspections are required once every two years within the first six years, once every year from six to fifteen years, and once every six months after fifteen years. Relevant Regulations: Article 16: Motor vehicles shall undergo safety technical inspections according to the following periods from the date of registration: passenger vehicles for commercial use shall be inspected once every year within the first five years and once every six months after five years; trucks and large or medium-sized non-commercial passenger vehicles shall be inspected once every year within the first ten years and once every six months after ten years; small and mini non-commercial passenger vehicles shall be inspected once every two years within the first six years, once every year after six years, and once every six months after fifteen years.
