For example, if the expiration date is October 2019, it means the motor vehicle's inspection validity period ends by the end of October 2019, and the inspection should be completed on schedule. Vehicles without a valid inspection are not allowed to drive on public roads, and driving without inspection may result in penalties. The owner of the motor vehicle may apply for the inspection compliance mark at the vehicle registration authority up to three months before the inspection expiration date. Before applying, the owner must resolve all traffic violations and accidents related to the vehicle.
