The failure of the rear door window regulator switch in the Baojun 630 is due to the sticking of the motor carbon brushes. The ultimate solution is to replace the entire motor assembly. Composition of the electric window regulator: Electric window regulators are mostly composed of a motor, reducer, guide rope, guide plate, and glass mounting bracket. Depending on the material or manufacturing process of the guide rope, they are further divided into three types: cable pulley type, flexible shaft type, and plastic type electric window regulators. The first two types use steel wire ropes as guide ropes, while the latter uses plastic belts as guide ropes. Taking the commonly used cable pulley type electric window regulator as an example, it consists of components such as a motor, reducer, steel wire rope, guide plate, and glass mounting bracket. During installation, the door window glass is fixed on the glass mounting bracket, and the glass guide channel is parallel to the steel wire rope guide plate. Usage of the window regulator: When the motor is activated, the motor drives the reducer to output power, pulling the steel wire rope to move the glass mounting bracket, thereby forcing the door window glass to move up or down in a straight line. The plastic belt type electric window regulator uses a plastic belt as the guide rope, with holes on the belt for moving and positioning the plastic belt to control the up and down movement of the door window glass.
