Magotan steering wheel turning produces a clicking noise for the following reasons: 1. Lack of lubrication in the steering column dust cover. If the noise comes from below the steering wheel, it is caused by the steering column dust cover. This noise occurs due to insufficient lubrication in the dust cover, increasing friction and resulting in the sound. 2. Parts getting stuck during turn signal reset. When driving, turning the steering wheel after activating the turn signal can also produce noise. This happens because the turn signal's reset mechanism may cause parts to jam, creating noise when turning the steering wheel. 3. Faulty clock spring in the steering wheel. If the noise originates from inside the steering wheel, it is likely due to a malfunction in the clock spring (airbag spiral cable), which generates the abnormal sound.
