For ordinary vehicles outside of highways, the fines and penalty points for speeding are as follows: 1. Exceeding the speed limit by less than 10% will not be penalized for the time being; 2. Exceeding the speed limit by more than 10% but less than 20% will result in a fine and 3 penalty points; 3. Exceeding the speed limit by more than 20% but less than 30% will result in a fine and 6 penalty points; 4. Exceeding the speed limit by more than 30% but less than 50% will result in a fine and 6 penalty points; 5. Exceeding the speed limit by more than 50% but less than 70% will result in a fine, 12 penalty points, and may also lead to the revocation of the driver's license; 6. Exceeding the speed limit by more than 70% will result in a fine, 12 penalty points, and may also lead to the revocation of the driver's license.
