Motorcycle inspections can be conducted nationwide. Motorcycles exempt from inspection within 6 years are also exempt from environmental inspections. For applicants applying for inspection in provinces (regions, municipalities) other than where the motorcycle is registered, no cross-region inspection authorization letter is required. For those who have already obtained an authorization letter but have not yet undergone inspection, the new regulations will apply, and no further authorization letter will be required. Motorcycles exempt from inspection within 6 years can apply for inspection marks across provinces (regions, municipalities). The exemption period for motorcycle inspections within 6 years is clearly defined. Registration Conditions: Motorcycles are classified as motor vehicles and must display a motor vehicle license plate and carry a motor vehicle driving license when on the road; Driving a motorcycle requires a valid motor vehicle driving license; Regular inspections are mandatory, and vehicles failing inspections are not allowed on the road; Two-wheeled motorcycles cannot tow or be towed by other vehicles; Noise and emissions must comply with national standards; Motorcycles exceeding 250CC cannot be registered or allowed on the road; Some cities prohibit motorcycles from operating within city limits, and even if all the above conditions are met, motorcycles cannot be used in these cities.
