What are the disadvantages of adding too much refrigeration oil?

The disadvantages of adding too much refrigeration oil are as follows: 1. Refrigeration oil generally exists in liquid form in the air conditioning system and has a certain solubility with the refrigerant. Since the thermal conductivity of refrigeration oil is worse than that of the refrigerant, when the refrigerant dissolves refrigeration oil, it will hinder heat exchange between the refrigerant and the condenser pipes in the condensation section, forming a noticeable temperature gradient. The more refrigeration oil dissolved in the refrigerant, the worse its heat exchange capability, leading to deteriorated condensation heat dissipation. 2. When the refrigerant containing refrigeration oil is injected into the evaporator through the throttling device, most of the refrigerant will evaporate strongly into a gaseous state, while the refrigeration oil will exist as small droplets or mist. When the cooling capacity is fixed, the more refrigeration oil there is, the more cooling capacity is used to lower the temperature of the refrigeration oil, leaving less cooling capacity for heat exchange with the evaporator to cool the cabin space. 3. When the amount of refrigeration oil is excessive and cannot be carried back to the compressor by the refrigerant vapor, the excess refrigeration oil will adhere to the evaporator and related pipe walls, forming a thermal resistance that hinders heat exchange. 4. Excessive refrigeration oil can also accumulate at the lowest points of the pipeline, increasing the flow resistance of the refrigerant and reducing its circulation volume. 5. Too much refrigeration oil in the cylinder can reduce the volumetric efficiency of the compression chamber (the excess oil occupies the volume of the refrigerant vapor, reducing the circulation volume of the refrigerant). This reduction in circulation volume can significantly lower the air conditioning cooling capacity, which is the most significant factor affecting the performance of the air conditioning system due to refrigeration oil.
