Excessive exhaust pipe temperature may be caused by high return gas temperature, high compression ratio, high condensing pressure, refrigerant type, and other reasons. High return gas temperature: If the insulation of the return gas pipeline is poor, the degree of superheat will far exceed 20°C. The higher the return gas temperature, the higher the cylinder suction temperature and exhaust pipe temperature will be. High compression ratio: The exhaust pipe temperature is greatly affected by the compression ratio. The higher the compression ratio, the higher the exhaust pipe temperature. Reducing the compression ratio can significantly lower the exhaust pipe temperature. Specific methods include increasing the suction pressure and reducing the discharge pressure. High condensing pressure: There are two reasons why high condensing pressure causes an increase in exhaust pipe temperature: high condensing pressure leads to a high compressor pressure ratio, which raises the exhaust pipe temperature; or high condensing pressure corresponds to a high condensing temperature, which inevitably increases the compressor's exhaust pipe temperature. Refrigerant type: Different refrigerants have different thermophysical properties, resulting in varying degrees of exhaust pipe temperature increase after undergoing the same compression process.
