Is there any issue if I don't take the oath after passing Subject 4?

Not taking the oath after Subject 4 is fine. As long as you pass both the theoretical exam and the road test, you can obtain your driver's license. In other words, taking an oath is not required to receive your driver's license. Passing Subject 4 means you have already qualified for motor vehicle driving. Driver's licenses are issued on the spot in some places, while in others, they are distributed through driving schools or mailed to the students. Below are the details about Subject 4: Concept: Subject 4 is an additional safety and civilization knowledge test following the Subject 3 road test. Officially, there is no such term as 'Subject 4'. Exam Format: The test consists of 50 questions, presented in the form of case studies, images, animations, etc., with a full score of 100 and a passing score of 90. Exam Content: The main test content of Subject 4 includes safe and civilized driving operation requirements, safe driving knowledge under adverse weather and complex road conditions, emergency handling methods for situations like tire blowouts, and post-accident handling knowledge.
