Transferring driving test records to another location does incur a fee. If you have enrolled in a driving school but have not taken any subject exams and apply to transfer schools due to personal reasons, you will be required to pay a penalty equivalent to 20% of the tuition fee. Relevant regulations: For obtaining a small car driver's license, if your place of residence changes, you can apply to change the test location up to three times nationwide. After applying for the change at the local vehicle management office, you can take the remaining subject exams at your current residence, and the scores of previously passed subjects will remain valid. Cases where driving schools do not issue refunds: No refunds will be given if you have already completed Subject 2 or if the stipulated time limit has been exceeded due to personal reasons.
