How to Test the Quality of an Electronic Throttle Pedal?
1 Answers
Electronic throttle pedal is actually a sensor, which contains two ICs, called the main pedal sensor and the secondary pedal sensor. The reference voltage refers to the state voltage reference value provided by the original factory data. For example, before the pedal is pressed, the reference voltage of the main IC should be 800mV, and when fully pressed, it should be 4900mV. This is the reference voltage. If there is a fault, it will show that the throttle pedal data does not match the reference voltage, either too low or too high. Features of the throttle pedal: 1. Made of aluminum alloy, with an increased longitudinal contact area for the pedal, allowing the driver to control the throttle more freely and adding comfort to driving. 2. The bottom of the pedal has a function to adjust the pedal area, which can be adjusted according to personal habits. 3. Super cool exterior design, with sharp color contrast, high-quality texture, and never rusts. 4. Simple and convenient installation, no need to drill holes in the original pedal.
