How to Steer the Wheel for Right-Side Parking?

When the right starting sensor line appears and aligns with the lower edge of the left rearview mirror, turn the steering wheel fully to the right. Observe the right rearview mirror. When the far right line becomes visible and the distance between the car body and the parking corner is less than 30CM, turn the wheel back halfway. When the parking corner disappears below the lower edge of the right rearview mirror, continue to turn the steering wheel fully to the right. Observe the right rearview mirror. When the parking line is parallel to the car body, quickly straighten the steering wheel and continuously adjust the car body.
When I first started learning to drive, I also kept thinking about this. The key to right-side parking is finding the right reference point. I usually drive about half a meter past the parking spot, then shift into reverse and start backing up. As soon as I see the front of the adjacent car in the right rearview mirror, I immediately turn the steering wheel all the way to the right. At this point, the rear of the car will gradually move into the parking spot. When the car body forms about a 45-degree angle with the parking line, quickly straighten the steering wheel and continue backing up. Finally, make slight adjustments to the steering, stopping when the distances on both sides in the rearview mirror look about equal. After practicing a few times, you'll realize that rhythm is crucial—turning the wheel decisively but not too hastily.
