There are three methods for repairing car wheel hubs: 1. Deformation Repair Method: (1) Deformation location detection: First, locate the deformed area of the wheel hub, mount the hub on a fixture, and use a calibration dial to find and adjust the deformation. (2) Heating: Use a blowtorch to locally heat the deformed area. The small red dots on the hub are infrared thermometers; stop heating once the desired temperature is reached. (3) Correction: Once the hub softens at the appropriate temperature, use a small hydraulic jack for repeated slight corrections until the hub meets reasonable standards. (4) Completion: If the deformation of the hub's reinforcement ribs (left-right sway) is particularly severe, repair is not recommended. 3. Hub Fracture Repair Method: Direct replacement.
