If the compulsory traffic insurance and vehicle and vessel tax are not connected online or verification fails, users need to submit photos of the compulsory traffic insurance certificate and vehicle and vessel tax certificate, then click "Next." Confirm your vehicle information, collection details, and the fees required, click "Get Verification Code," and enter the mobile verification code. The system will generate a service serial number.
