How to deal with natural peeling of car paint clear coat?

Clean the damaged area and then repaint it to restore its original shape. Clean the damaged area and use automotive-specific stickers to cover the damaged part.
Recently, the clear coat on my car has been peeling off naturally, which is quite annoying due to the aging caused by years of exposure to the sun. For small areas of paint peeling, I first lightly sand the surface with ultra-fine sandpaper, clean off the dust, and then apply some specialized clear coat repair agents like spray paint repair paste. After it dries, I polish it to make it smoother. However, if large sections are peeling or the entire body is affected, it's better to go to a professional repair shop to have a new layer of clear coat sprayed; doing it myself could lead to color mismatches and make things worse. For prevention, I try to park under trees or in garages and apply wax monthly to add a protective layer against sunlight, which can reduce the likelihood of future issues.
