Open and enter in the search bar. On the homepage, under the vehicle violation query and payment section, you can see the following information that needs to be filled in. Enter the license plate number, engine number, and vehicle identification number (VIN), then click 'Query'. Next, input the registration date of the vehicle's license, click the 'Query Violation' button at the bottom to view the query results for this vehicle.
A few days ago, a friend asked me to help check if his car had any traffic violations. Since I’ve been driving this type of car and am familiar with the process, I used the Traffic Management 12123 app. First, the car owner needs to log in to their account to authorize you or share their password with you. After entering the license plate number and the last six digits of the VIN, any violation records, such as speeding or parking fines, are displayed clearly. Privacy is crucial here—you must obtain consent before checking someone else’s car; otherwise, it’s illegal and could lead to complaints. The DMV website also allows you to check, with a similar process, but the app is more convenient and provides timely notifications. I advise against checking randomly to avoid trouble. If you really want to help, communicate honestly and follow the proper steps.
