How Many Questions Should I Practice for Subject One?

The Subject One question bank contains over 1,300 questions. The exam randomly selects 100 questions, with each question worth one point. The exam duration is 45 minutes, and a score of 90 or above is required to pass. The over 1,300 questions cover five types of topics: road traffic safety laws and regulations, traffic signals, safe and civilized driving knowledge, motor vehicle driving operations, and local regulations. Exam Process: Follow the instructions of the staff to collect your personal driving training file in order at the waiting area. Bring and present your ID card for inspection by the supervising officer. Mobile phones must be turned off upon entering the exam area. No loud talking is allowed in the exam area. Regulation textbooks are not allowed in the exam area (or must be kept in your bag). After the exam, keep your ID card safe and submit the file to the "Document Submission Window" at the front of the exam room. Candidates who pass the exam should sign under the guidance of the staff at the exit before leaving the exam room. Candidates who fail the exam may leave the exam room and await notification from their driving school regarding the retake schedule.
Last year when I was preparing for the Theory Test (Subject 1), I could only squeeze time to practice questions on the 'Driving Test Treasure' app due to my busy work schedule. I completed around 1,600 questions covering traffic signs, regulations, and accident handling, dedicating two hours daily. Initially, I made many mistakes, but after 7-8 consecutive mock tests, my scores stabilized above 92, and I passed the exam smoothly. I believe thorough question coverage is essential – skipping parts may lead to knowledge gaps and potential failure. The key to Subject 1 is practical application rather than rote memorization; understanding rules significantly improves question-solving efficiency. The entire preparation took two weeks – a worthwhile time investment since passing means you can legally drive on roads.
