Emgrand GS is equipped with ESP function. Introduction to ESP: ESP refers to the Electronic Stability Program, which is a patented technology of Bosch. The ESP system is essentially a traction control system. Compared to other traction control systems, ESP not only controls the drive wheels but also the driven wheels. Functions of ESP: The ESP system is an important system in a vehicle, typically supporting the functions of ABS and ASR. It analyzes the vehicle's driving state information received from various sensors and then issues correction commands to ABS and ASR to help maintain dynamic balance. ESP can keep the vehicle stable under various conditions, with more pronounced effects in cases of oversteering or understeering. ESP generally requires the installation of steering sensors, wheel sensors, skid sensors, and lateral acceleration sensors.
