Skoda belongs to SAIC Volkswagen. The headquarters of Skoda vehicles is located in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic, and its models include Octavia, Fabia, Rapid, Superb, Rapid Spaceback, Kodiaq, Karoq, Kamiq, Kodiaq GT, etc. Taking Kamiq as an example: Kamiq is a compact SUV under SAIC Volkswagen Skoda, with a length, width, and height of 4390 mm, 1781 mm, and 1593 mm respectively, and a wheelbase of 2610 mm. In terms of appearance, Kamiq adopts Skoda's family-style design, featuring an integrated and expansive front face with strong visual impact; crystal-cut geometric headlights, whose internal characteristic lines cleverly connect with the grille lines, creating a broad, integrated, and resolute visual impression.

I remember this very clearly! ŠKODA has a partnership with our Chinese SAIC Volkswagen. Back in 2005, SAIC Volkswagen officially introduced ŠKODA for domestic production. Now common models like the Octavia and Kodiaq are all produced in SAIC Volkswagen's factories. FAW-Volkswagen mainly produces Volkswagen-branded vehicles, such as the Sagitar and Magotan. So when you see ŠKODA 4S stores on the street, their signs usually display 'SAIC Volkswagen ŠKODA', and you go to SAIC's 4S store network for maintenance and repairs. Although both are children of German Volkswagen, they are responsible for completely different brands—ŠKODA is firmly aligned with SAIC Volkswagen.

How to Replace the Battery in an MG3 Car Key?

Eject the metal mechanical key; the key shell cannot be opened when the mechanical key is inserted. Press the physical button to eject the mechanical key, then turn the key sideways and pry upwards along the gap. Gently pry open the key shell to separate the "head" and "tail" of the key. Stand the tail of the key upright; from the gap on the back of the key, you can lift the key cover. Once the key cover is lifted, open it to replace the battery, then reassemble the key.

What to Do When There's a Buzzing Noise While Stepping on the Gas Pedal?

Issues with components or severe wear can cause abnormal noises when parts don't interact smoothly, requiring troubleshooting. Loose parts on the chassis hitting against the car body can produce noise; lift the vehicle to inspect the chassis. Lack of long-term maintenance on the gas pedal may cause it to interfere with other parts, leading to noise. Perform timely maintenance and cleaning of the gas pedal. A comprehensive check at a 4S shop is recommended to enhance vehicle maintenance.

What does TCS stand for?

TCS stands for Traction Control System, also known as the Track Control System. The Traction Control System prevents the drive wheels from spinning when the vehicle is driving on slippery surfaces such as snow, ensuring smooth starting and acceleration. Especially on snowy or muddy roads, the Traction Control System guarantees smooth acceleration performance, preventing the vehicle from skidding sideways or fishtailing due to wheel spin. On steep slopes, rugged rocky roads, and other off-road conditions unique to four-wheel-drive vehicles, the Traction Control System also appropriately controls wheel side slip. Although this system primarily enhances driving safety in muddy, uneven terrain, or during rainy or snowy weather, it is recommended that drivers keep it activated as a precautionary measure.

How to Remove the Gear Knob of a Lova?

First, you need to remove the gear lever dust cover. Be careful not to break the clips under the dust cover strip when removing it, then lift the dust cover upwards. Locate the zip tie and cut it off. Remove all the fixing bolts on top, check that 1 to 3 have been removed, and then the gear knob can be taken off. If you don't want to replace it, you can use a small sharp object to pry the zip tie open from the indicated spot so it can be reused. Install the matching gear knob in place.

What to Do If There Are Mice in the Car?

Tap the engine compartment with your hands or strike the ground with a stick to create noise and strong vibrations, which can scare away the mice. Thoroughly clean the car from the inside out, including the engine, radiator, battery, etc., mainly to eliminate the scent of mice and prevent them from being attracted again. Hang items like camphor or stink bombs in empty spaces of the engine compartment, but avoid placing them near high-temperature objects to prevent melting. Maintain a frequency of once a week. If mouse droppings or urine are found, clean the engine immediately. If wires or hoses are chewed, repair them promptly.

Can Alcohol Corrode Car Paint?

Alcohol can corrode car paint as it is an organic solvent. Frequently using alcohol to clean your car can damage the paint. While occasionally using alcohol to remove small stains is acceptable, it is crucial to rinse the area with water immediately afterward to prevent the paint from becoming dull or corroded. Additionally, when driving, vehicles often accumulate tiny, visible or invisible sand particles. Directly wiping the car with alcohol can cause scratches. Therefore, it is recommended to first rinse the car with clean water, apply car wash soap, rinse again, and then dry. For stubborn stains, it is advisable to use a dedicated automotive adhesive remover.
