Blocking the EGR valve wastes fuel. EGR Valve Location: Located on the engine near the counterweight side, the silver cylinder on the EGR. How to Remove the EGR: Disconnect the hoses and various tubes from the EGR cooler, loosen the connecting bolts between the EGR cooler and the EGR pipe, then remove the EGR pipe and cooler. How to Install the EGR: Replace the new gasket, temporarily tighten the EGR pipe and cooler; install the EGR cooler with a tightening torque of 37 Nm, formally tighten the EGR pipe and EGR cooler with bolts, and reconnect the hoses and other tubes to the EGR cooler. To block the EGR, you can temporarily block the gasket in the red circle part in the short term.
