Do Both Reverse Lights Illuminate?
1 Answers
Some vehicles have only one reverse light that illuminates, while others have both lights working. However, under normal braking conditions, both brake lights should illuminate simultaneously. If sometimes one light is on and other times both are on, it may indicate a burnt-out bulb (poor contact), wiring issues, brake light switch problems, or poor socket contact. Classification of automotive brake lights is as follows: 1. By location: Rear brake lights on the car's tail; Brake indicator lights on the instrument panel; High-mounted brake lights. 2. By material used: Gas-type automotive brake lights; LED automotive brake lights.
