Press the brake pedal, shift gears, then shift from N to D, release the handbrake, lift the foot brake, and start moving. When the RPM rises to the shift range, slightly release the throttle before accelerating again. When going uphill, shift into 1st or 2nd gear; when going downhill, shift into the limiting gear. Press the brake pedal - engage the handbrake - shift into P gear - gently lift the foot brake - remove the key.
