People with monocular vision impairment are eligible to obtain a driver's license. The examination consists of the following four components: 1. Subject One: Road traffic rules, traffic signals, handling of traffic violations and accidents, regulations on motor vehicle driver's license application and use, motor vehicle registration, and other road traffic safety laws, regulations, and rules; 2. Subject Two: Testing skills such as reversing into a parking space, stopping on a slope, assessing the candidate's proficiency in vehicle control and spatial judgment; 3. Subject Three: Evaluating the candidate's ability to complete driving tasks on the road, comply with traffic laws and regulations, and comprehensively control the vehicle; proper use of lights, horn, seat belts, and other equipment; and the ability to correctly observe and judge road traffic conditions; 4. Subject Four: Separating the knowledge related to safe and civilized driving from the original "Subject One," along with safe driving skills under complex conditions and emergency handling, conducted after the actual road driving test of "Subject Three" to further assess the candidate's traffic awareness.
