Generally, motorcycles can carry one passenger on the road. However, they are not allowed to carry minors under 12 years old. The following regulations are introduced: 1. Light motorcycles: No passengers are allowed (light motorcycles refer to motorcycles with an engine displacement greater than 36cc and less than 49cc). 2. Two-wheeled motorcycles: Passengers are allowed, but the rear seat cannot carry minors under 12 years old. 3. Three-wheeled motorcycles: For vehicles with fixed seats in the compartment and an engine cylinder total displacement not exceeding 250 cubic centimeters, the approved number of passengers does not exceed 2; for vehicles with a total engine displacement exceeding 250 cubic centimeters, the approved number of passengers does not exceed 4.
