Can I still renew my driver's license if it has been expired for one month?

Yes! Generally, the renewal procedure for a driver's license should be completed within 3 months before its expiration date. If the driver's license is not renewed after its expiration, it will be considered invalid. In case of a traffic accident, the insurance company will not provide compensation. If the expiration period is less than one year, the renewal can be processed normally. If the license has been expired for more than one year but less than three years without renewal, the driver must take a written test at the DMV. Upon passing the test, normal renewal procedures can be resumed. If the driver's license has been expired for more than three years without renewal, the DMV will cancel the license.
